TEREX (North Bend, WA)

InjuryFree’s Employee Maintenance Center opened at TEREX in February 2014 and by December 2017, Terex NB was honored for achieving two years without a workplace recordable time loss injury. Terex Global’s CEO, never having visited this site before, honored the Terex North Bend facility with the corporate Safety Award on February 16, 2018.

JACKSON SAFETY (Belmont, MI)

This facility’s last recordable injury, prior to implementation of InjuryFree’s Employee Maintenance Center (EMC), was June 5, 2011. The EMC opened July 6, 2011 and until September 2013 when the facility closed its doors, this location had zero OSHA recordable injuries. In 2012 Jackson Safety was awarded the corporation’s “Crystal Eagle” award for achieving an entire year of being injury-free.

KIMBERLY-CLARK (Maumelle, AR)

InjuryFree’s Employee Maintenance Center was implemented in 2004. In eight years of operation the InjuryFree team helped this location achieve numerous safety milestones. Most notable among them was this location having been awarded the corporation’s “Crystal Globe ” award for reaching 1-million consecutive safe hours with no OSHA recordable injuries, and the corporate “Crystal Eagle” award for achieving an entire year of being injury-free. This was a milestone that had never been achieved prior to implementing InjuryFree’s programs.

KIMBERLY-CLARK (Conway, AR)

InjuryFree’s Employee Maintenance Center (EMC) was implemented in 2004. Like the Maumelle, AR Kimberly-Clark location, the Conway, AR site also achieved monumental safety milestones from 2004 to 2012. This facility was not only awarded the corporation’s “Crystal Eagle” for reaching one full year without an OSHA recordable injury but it also received the corporation’s “Crystal Globe” award for achieving 1-million consecutive hours without an OSHA recordable injury. Additional EMC results:

  • $350,000 reduction in workers compensation expenditures in the 1st year of EMC operation
  • 90% reduction in muscular-skeletal injuries
  • 90% reduction in lost time expenditures

KIMBERLY-CLARK (Everett, WA)

InjuryFree’s Employee Maintenance Center (EMC) opened in 2000 and was integral in this location achieving savings of $2-million on injury claims in the 1st year of operation. For 12-years the EMC proved to be pivotal in this location enjoying consistently low muscular-skeletal injury rates. With over 900 team members, 95% of the workforce utilized the EMC leading to this facility achieving 1-million consecutive safe hours with no OSHA recordable injuries, for the first time in its 75 years of operation. For this achievement the location was awarded the corporate “Crystal Globe” and in 2010 this location was awarded the corporation’s coveted “Crystal Eagle” award for reaching one full year without an OSHA recordable injury.
