This weekends marks the time when we set our clocks ahead an hour to correspond with Daylight Savings Time. At approximately 2 a.m. on Sunday, March 14th we will gain an additional hour of daylight for the spring/summer season to come.
But did you know that the event has an increased risk of workplace injury the first Monday after we change our clocks?
